Description

This course is delivered using Zoom as a virtual classroom

Acting confidently in a crisis is vital to protect your organisation. There are outside factors which can have a catastrophic impact to organisations of all sizes and sectors, but being fully prepared, using best-practice advise, you can work towards business resilience which will help in crisis situations.

Delivered over three days this virtual classroom course,  prepares learners of all backgrounds on how to effectively manage a crisis and to help prevent unexpected incidents.

You will work through the course to build a broad spectrum of key principles relating to Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management. It also deals with core aspects of ‘command and control’, including the composition and operation of the Crisis Management Team.

Our training focuses on the practical skills and knowledge-transfer, rather than simply the theory behind a concept. Under the guidance of a specialist tutor in this field, you will discuss with the group how the material covered is – or could be – relevant to you and your role. Importantly, the qualification gained from this training will give you a competitive advantage, as this is an internationally-recognised qualification.
